“My Friend Dahmer,” the feature-length film based on Derf’s graphic novel of the same name, was a buzzy hit at the Tribeca film festival earlier this year and picked up a nationwide distribution deal. That won’t happen til the fall but a teaser trailer for the film, which follows serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer’s childhood, was released this past weekend at the San Diego Comic Con.…
