Hermes Cleveland, known primarily for its road races in the region, is stupidly suing St. Malachi Church because the parish — buckle up for this one — had the audacity to use its own name for its annual run.

Hermes has organized the St. Malachi Run, an annual west side tradition since 1981, for years.…
